Through the Administration on Aging and Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, NEKAAA is dedicated to developing and providing services to enable older Americans to enjoy the dignity and independence which they deserve. NEKAAA prohibits any form of discrimination and follows the Kansas Act Against Discrimination of 1953, the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
